Single Origin, Single Varietal guaranteed from the Center of the Harvest of the Down to Earth Coffee Estate in the Dota Tarrazu region at 6,000 ft of elevation.

The Sun dried, Dota Estate coffee beans from the Dota Mountains in Costa Rica is simply perfection. We harvest this coffee in a three week window where coffee is at the highest point in sugar conetnt. The Rest is history.
Our Medium is well balanced, literally yummy. It features traits of Chocolate, Nuts and a sweet touch of Guava and plums that goes very well with Milk.
Exclusively grown at the Down to Earth Estate, these coffee beans are guaranteed to have been picked from the Center of the Harvest, to have been peeled within one hour of picking, not to have gone through the fermentation process and have been sun dried for a period of 8 to 10 days.
All of these conditions, applied to beans that have only been picked ripe, produce aroma, fragrance and flavor never seen before.
Important: this coffee is not a honey process, it is totally different.
