coffee beans from the Dota Mountains in Costa Rica is simply perfection.
The Dark Roast is strong with a slight boldness, a great after-dinner cup of coffee. It is a distinctive taste without the strong bitterness of commercial Dark roasts.
Exclusively grown at the Down to Earth Estate, these coffee beans are guaranteed to have been picked from the Center of the Harvest, to have been peeled within one hour of picking, not to have gone through the fermentation process and have been sun dried for a period of 7 days.
All of these conditions, applied to beans that have only been picked ripe, produce aroma, fragrance and flavor never seen before. A chocolate, nutty taste will set this coffee apart from anything you have tried before.
