The Juliana Delight by Matias Zeledon
This is an easy to make, wonderful dessert for people who love both cofee and ice cream.
Preparation:
Serve a generous portion of rum & raisins ice cream.
Pour our Coffee Creme on top and sprinkle a bit of Down to Earth ground coffee on top to add points of bitterness.
Crown it with sliced strawberries and serve immediately.

Ingredients:
1 Can of Evaporated Milk
5 spoons of Organic Brown Sugar
2 spoons of Fresh lemon juice
4 spoons of Ground Down to Earth Dark Roast Coffee
Preparation:
Place the canned evaporated milk in the freezer for at least 4 hours
Brew the ground coffee in no more than two ounces of water to produce a very strong mix.
Open the canned milk and blend with a mixer until it doubles its size.
While mixing, add the other ingredients in this order: lemon juice, the sugar and the strong coffee brew.
Serve immediately. If you need to preserve it overnight, add two small envelopes of non-flavored jelly at the end of the mixing and put it in the refrigerator.
